Senior / Accounts Executive (PJ) - Company : OILCORP BERHAD

OilCorp was incorporated on 12 July 2001 and assumed its present name since inception. OilCorp is principally an investment holding company whilst its main subsidiary companies, Oil Line Engineering & Associates Sdn Bhd (Oil-Line) are principally involved in providing services mainly to the needs of oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, semiconductor and other related industries. Its other subsidiary namely, Ascentland is involved in property development, resort operation and property investment.

OilCorp Berhad oil and gas arm main subsidiary, Oil-Line was incorporated in Malaysia on 21 February 1990 as a service provider to the oil and gas industry for both downstream and upstream sectors. Oil-Line has four operating subsidiary companies and has developed from a modest engineering service provider and supply of specialist in 1990 to an integrated EPC (denotes Engineering, Procurement and Construction) service provider.


Senior / Accounts Executive (PJ)
Location : Petaling Jaya

Job Responsibilities :
  • Manage the full spectrum of financial/management accounting and the day-to-day financial reports on management and financial operations.
  • Produce and submit timely monthly and quarterly financial reports, cashflow and management reports.
  • Maintain proper database and record for all financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance of Accounting procedures and policies.
  • Perform inter-company transactions, reconciliations and budgeting.
  • Supervise the work of junior staffs and ensure that office administration is properly managed.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks/projects as required.
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy. Partial professional degree holders are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in finance or accounting.
  • Those with accounting experience in construction and property development industry as well as consolidation accounts will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Good leadership with the ability in supervising staff and a good team player.
  • Ability meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess good computer skills.
