Accounts Officer / Paymaster
Responsibilities:
Process payroll and perform payroll computation inclusive of overtime, service charge and other allowances
Process and submit payment for Income Tax, EPF, SOCSO and any other payroll related payments
Prepare payroll journal entries and inter-department cross charging for month-end accounts closing purpose
Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and expense analysis
Maintain and update payroll master files and records
Process weekly part-timers pay-out and employee expense claims
Perform general cashiering and accounting work as and when require
Requirements:
Diploma holder in accounting
Good knowledge of payroll computation and legislative requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll function
Proficiency in computerized payroll system, Microsoft Excel and Word
Self-motivated, meticulous, able to meet deadlines and strive under pressure
Good organization and communication skills
Work well in a team, strong sense of responsibility and commitment
