A Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed Investment Company with business activities in the Hospitality and Entertainment Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes a finance system and structure to ensure that strong internal controls, accounting policies and procedures are in place.
• Manages financial reporting and consolidation in reporting to the senior management.
• Contributes to the development of budgetary and strategic goals through the management of the budgeting process and the completion of financial analysis of company performance against budget and forecast.
• Manages quarterly and annual forecasting process.
• Ensures the financial information necessary for use by senior management is prepared to a consistently high standard and complies with regulatory policies, procedures, local and international standards.
• Manages assets and liabilities to ensure effective control over resources and they are adequate reserves for risks and exposures.
• Manages costs and expenses to ensure spending is controlled and overall costs are maintained at levels which achieve business profitability goals.

Requirements:

•  Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or other related discipline. CPA is preferred
• At least 8 years of experience gained within multinational corporations with multi currency financial consolidations and analysis, with minimum 3 years in the Hospitality Industry.
•  Skilled in corporate accounting, financial reporting, cost benefit analysis, tax preparation, M&A and initial public offerings (IPO’s). Board experience would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of hotel accounting procedures, and the related internal control systems
• Excellent communication, analytical and management skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to be based in Cambodia
