# POSITION DESCRIPTION
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
JOB SCOPE :
- Prepare Tax Invoice, Delivery Order and Purchase Order.
- Liaise with Vendors to order goods, check pricing, stock availability and delivery.
- Prepare Sales Report for Management review.
- Manage and control stocks and perform physical inventory check.
- Submit Sales Data to Principals to claim rebate or sales incentives.
- Enter Sales / payment data into MYOB Accounting Software.
- Perform warranty registration for Hardware equipment.
- Attend to customers on hardware warranty claims on faulty equipments.
- Maintain proper filing for all Sales related data.
- Diploma in Business or Accounting
- Preferably have 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Proficient in MYOB, Excel, Word.
- Pleasant personality with good working attitude, willing to learn and work hard.
- Must have initiative and able to work independently.
- Able to start work immediately.
