Responsibilities :
- Handling full set accounts and monthly data entry
- Processing of staff claims, invoicing and inter-company billing.
- To assist in general office administration including filing.
- Computer literate & able to work as a team player.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of routine and ad-hoc management reports
- Carry out banks, accounts receivables and payables reconciliation on monthly basis
- Min Diploma in Accountings/ LCCI or equivalent.
- Min 4 to 5 years working experience
- Required skill(s): UBS, Excel.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge in managing EPF, Socso and LHDN.
- Positive attitudes & good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Full-Time positions available.
