Responsibilities :
  • Handling full set accounts and monthly data entry
  • Processing of staff claims, invoicing and inter-company billing.
  • To assist in general office administration including filing.
  • Computer literate & able to work as a team player.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of routine and ad-hoc management reports
  • Carry out banks, accounts receivables and payables reconciliation on monthly basis
Requirements :
  • Min Diploma in Accountings/ LCCI or equivalent.
  • Min 4 to 5 years working experience
  • Required skill(s): UBS, Excel.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge in managing EPF, Socso and LHDN.
  • Positive attitudes & good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Full-Time positions available.
