Senior Assistant Finance

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Finance, a successful candidate is required to have good communication and interpersonal skills, cooperative, flexible, hardworking and results oriented, as well as has high integrity. The following are the job descriptions:

Management Accounts

- Assist in posting under SAP system journal entries (transactions) relating to expenditure (AP) i.e Accruals
- Preparing appendix for Fixed Assets in management accounts

Accounts Payable (AP)

- Assist in processing invoices for payments by ensuring invoices are properly approved and posting the correct account codes in the SAP system
- Preparing foreign TT payment for MSS and payment for MGB
- Processing staff claims by checking claims and posting of relevant expenditure into the correct account code in the SAP system.

Petty Cash

- Processing of petty cash payment and cash counting
- Posting entries to SAP

Schedule

- Daily cash and bank balances
- Maintaining vendors’ schedule (schedule of payments)
- Maintaining tax schedule (BIK, Pre-requisites etc).

Requirements:

- Degree in related field or partially qualified professional (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA) with relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or 1 year working experience in MNC accounting environment and edequately exposed to major accounting functions (AR, AP, FA, GL, etc.)
- Familiar with SAP accounting software and Microsoft Office Applications
