MIDF’s Development Finance Division promotes the development of the industrial sector in Malaysia through the provision of financing for manufacturing-based small and medium enterprise (SMEs). The financing includes conventional and Shari’ah compliant financing for new projects as well as for their expansion, modernization and relocation programmes primarily in the manufacturing and services segment. The division’s financing products which are generally for the medium-to-long term, include projects, machinery, factory mortgage and working capital term loans; industrial hire purchase and leasing facilities to finance acquisition of machinery and equipment as well as revolving credit and factoring facilities for working capital purposes.

Development Finance Division
Managers / Assistant Managers / Executives

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Bahru, Johor Bahru, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu

Position Responsibilities:

- Responsible for marketing of SME loan products to new customers.
- Manage customer relationships with an aim to develop and business flow.
- Develop and implement marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring loan accounts.
- Manage and lead a team of SME Account Executives (if assigned) in growing the SME loan portfolio.

Qualifications & Requirements For All Positions:

- A Degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, Finance Accounting, Economics or equivalent professional qualification.
- A minimum of 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of English and strong research skills with the ability to structure and devise various corporate finance proposals.
- Good analytical skills and meticulous in the review of legal documentation and verification of information.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with both internal and external parties.
- Adaptable to challenging situations and able to undertake responsibilities and take on diversified tasks.
