Senior Accounts Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - Wisma Genting, Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, income control and processing, preparation of financial report and budgets.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretariat agents.
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• A good degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
• Computer literate.
  

Successful candidates will be expected to travel to and fro our offices in Kuala Lumpur and Genting Highlands whenever necessary.

Responsibilities :

• Month end and year end closing of accounts, cash flow and preparation of management reports.
• Able to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Familiarity in liasing with bankers, auditors, tax agents, lawyers and government authorities.
• Able to multi-tasks and accept ad-hoc assignments
• Preferably having knowledge in using UBS Accounting System and Stock system

Requirements :

• Advance Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Person who is ambitious and taking initiative is a must.
