Accounts Assistant
(Kuala Lumpur - Wisma Genting, Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in general accounting related functions and duties as deemed fit by the management
• Assist in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable transaction
• Assist to prepare full set of financial statements
• Filing and any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  

Requirements:

• LCCI Intermediate level or SPM qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in basic accounting
• Part-time ACCA students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, proactive and have good organizational skills
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Assistant Finance Manager
(Kuala Lumpur - Wisma Genting, Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overall management of financial and accounting functions which include preparation and timely submission of consolidated accounts, financial and management reports and preparation of cash flow management for the company.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretariat agents.
• Assist in perform financial analysis and interpretation of financial data.
• Comply with relevant legislation and commercial agreement that relates to financial matters.
• Handle special/ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
  

Requirements:

• A good degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in auditing/accounting.
• Sound knowledge of the FRS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Successful candidates will be expected to travel to and fro our offices in Kuala Lumpur and Genting Highlands whenever necessary.

• Any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
• Computer literate.

• The susscessful candidates will carry out the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, income control and processing, preparation of financial reports, budget and reconciliations.
  

Requirements:

• A recognised accounting degree or professional accounting qualification.
• Preferably with 1 year's relevant working experience.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in computerised accounting system and PC software application will have an added advantage.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
