Senior Accounts & Finance Executive Post Date: 03 Sep 09

Responsibilities :

• To handle day to day operation of the Finance and Accounts Department (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Balance and other related documents)
• To handle of cash books and reconciliation of accounts
• Preparing of cash flow projections.
• Able to handle full sets of accounts, preparing of monthly management reports, analysis and information for decision making.
• Maintain Fixed Asset register and preparing the depreciation reports.
• Liaise and coordinate with Banker, auditor, company secretary, supplier and customer.
• Ensure procedures are in accordance to approve policies and methods
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment.
• Prepare and submit service tax payment to Custom.
• Invoice, PO & DO preparation
• Prepare financial forecast to the management. Assist in other ad-hoc assignment.
• Monitor and responsible in Human Resource Department as well as Admin Department
• Process payroll
  

Requirements :

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent
• At least 3 – 5 year(s) of working experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Treasury functions will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good Analytical skills
• Experience in UBS Accounting is a must.
• Hardworking, Meticulous and timely with reporting
