Job Description:
- Responsible for accounts receivables & payables
- Take charge of debts collections
- Prepare aging reports, statements and reminder letters
- To update cashbook
- Process monthly staff claims
- Prepare audit schedules
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Any other duties assigned
- Obtain recognized relevant accounting certificate
- Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of SAP software will be an advantage
- Well-organised individual with good initiative and interpersonal skills
