Accounts cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for invoicing
• Assist in administrative work and inventory control
• Updates and maintains accounting records
• Filing

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or its equivalent
• Computer literate and knowledge of UBS Accounting & Inventory system is added advantage
• Self motivated, able to work independently and multi-task
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
