Manager, Finance & Administration
Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements for the company.
  • Ensure smooth running of the day to day operation of overall accounting & financial activities.
  • Establish, implement & review financial systems, policies and internal control procedures.
  • Monitor credit control function of the company.
  • Prepare and manage budget & cash flow forecast including financial analysis to control cost and improve overall financial performance.
  • Review of tax, prepare, control and dealing directly with relevant parties on the Company’s working capital, banking, auditing, cash flow and annual business plan/budget.
  • Liaise with auditors, company secretarial, tax agents, banks and other statutory bodies/authorities.
  • Manage Payroll and Claims.
  • Overseeing general admin and HR.
  • Prepare reports and analysis to BOD and management as scheduled and on ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualifications in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years solid experience in handling full set of accounts, budgeting, taxation & costing.
  • Have experience in preparing Business Plan, Corporate Strategy, Sensitivity Analysis.
  • Possess high degree of self-motivation; be result-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Integrity and trustworthy.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, detailed and meticulous.
  • IT savvy.
  • Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage

In line with the expansion of the Global Services Centre, we now seek new talents to join our team in Payroll Shared Service.

Manager, Payroll Shared Service – Global Services Centre, Kuala Lumpur

Job Requirements:
  • Possesses a bachelor degree in Finance, Accountancy or other related field
  • Working knowledge of SAP Payroll is a must
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in handling payroll processing function, preferably in a shared service environment
  • Experience in handling overseas payroll is an added advantage
  • Possesses good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous
  • Maintains high standards and work quality, results-oriented and able to cope in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities :
  • Handles the overall payroll processing function within Global Services Centre
  • Ensures quality, timely and accuracy of payroll processing function in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Ensures all statutory deductions are computed and deducted accurately, and remitted to relevant authorities on time
  • Prepares and submits management reports and statutory reports, and provide external reporting in according with SLA’s
  • Identifies, develops, and deploys best practices and continuous improvement initiatives designed to increase staff efficiency, process effectiveness and facilitate staff career development
  • Maintains sound internal control procedures and ensure their compliance
  • Participates in payroll implementation projects for new clients
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships amongst the internal and external liaisons
