Location: Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Assist month end closing
- Update daily transactions into accounting systems
- Handle accounts payables
- The candidate will handle accounts payable.
- Assist in preparation of financial and management reports on monthly basis.
- Assist in preparation of billings, reminders, statement of accounts and debtors ageing.
- Bank reconciliation.
- To perform other administrative tasks.
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as instructed.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/ LCCI Higher or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- High degree of integrity, maturity and able to work independently with an eye for detail, meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
- Experience in construction industry preferably in Architectural Firm would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Oracle is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
