FINANCE & ADMIN BUSINESS ANALYST – Company : IBM (Malaysia)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities :

- Perform order management inclusive of placement of orders & tracking until completion. Take functional direction from Telecom Expense Mgmt (TEM) team lead.
- Perform reconciliation of orders placed against inventory report, invoice reconciliation to inventory, process bills into system and release bills for payment.
- Prepare system chargeback departmental and accrual recovery backup to ensure spend is accurately allocated to the client’s cost centers.
- Interface with telco providers and lead invoice dispute management. Support client’s finance, accounting and business control regulation.

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced / Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferable those candidates who have worked in Telecommunication industry.
- Required skill(s): Good knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing & Reconciliation.
- Required language(s): Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Must be willing and able to work at Cyberjaya and on North America's business hours which is from 9 pm to 6 am, Monday till Friday.
