POSITION DESCRIPTION
FINANCE EXECUTIVE (COSTING)
(Selangor - Bandar Baru Bangi)

The Challenges:

• Monthly account closing
• Prepare and analyze Inventory and assumed other ad-Hoc assignment from time to time
• Participate in budget compilation, variance analysis, internal audit and periodical management reporting and improvement projects
• Assist in periodical physical stock take and asset audit
• Strengthening the internal control procedures and systems
  

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment is added advantage
• Completed CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Computer literate and good in MS. Office
• Good inter-personal skill and communication skill
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Recording and classifying financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

The successful candidate will need to have:

• Diploma / degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification
• Preferably 1-2 years experience with ability to handle full set of accounts
• Understanding or ability to learn Exact accounting software
• Basic knowledge in payroll preparation
• Hardworking, flexible and multi-task oriented
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Excel and Word)

• To analyse monthly financial statements
