Operations Executives
Location: Petaling Jaya – Kelana Jaya
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for full set of Accounts and general office administration functions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports with supporting documents for audit.
- Perform reconciliation of Assets and Liabilities accounts, financial analysis as needed.
- Maintain fixed assets register.
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in Accounting / LCCI Higher Level / Partial ACCA or related discipline.
- Knowledge in accounting software is essential i.e. UBS or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience.
- PC knowledge in Microsoft words & excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong initiative and communication skills.
- Independent and quick learner. Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Able to effectively meet deadlines.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya – Kelana Jaya.
- Full-Time and works 5 days a week.
