Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting
- Prepare and review schedules and reports required by management
- Assist in ad hoc projects as and when required by management
- Manage the cash-flow and working capital of the company
- Maintain and enhance system of internal control and procedures across all levels
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, bankers and regulatory authorities
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures in line with corporate requirements
- Human resource function including but not limited to recruitment, appointment, compensation and benefits as well as employee relations.
- Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with local and overseas personnel is a key attribute for the success of this role.
- Meticulous, pro-active, independent with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate well with both internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Diploma/Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in a communications network.
