We are a hardware retail film and recently we have extend our business to DIY hardware retail and build up a bathroom & kitchen showroom which is the largest showroom at Shah Alam area .
Account Assistants - 2 positions Post Date: 24 Jul 09
Location: Based in Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Handling Project Account Payable (which inclusive of checking and verifying of suppliers/vendors invoices, capturing of AP invoices into accounting system, liaising with suppliers/vendors on disputed invoices etc)
- To ensure the accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, journal and general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ensure monthly report are timely and accurate
- Monitor payment and installments
- Issuing DN/CN and journal voucher
- Assist in other task when required.
- Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive or equivalent.
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of UBS Accounting software is an advantage
- Full-Time positions available.
