POSITION DESCRIPTION
Accounts Assistant

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  

Other Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 year(s) of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of JDE is an added advantage
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Candidate must be willing to work in Ulu Kelang, Kuala Lumpur
• 5 days week working in US based Multi-National Company environment
  

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform Accounts Payable, Receivable and fixed assets transaction on a timely manner
• To prepare monthly accounts reconciliations and financial reporting
• To monitor, control and follow up on finance matter
• To review and drive improvement in financial processes
• To ensure compliance of SOP procedures, policies and corporate ethics
• To carry out any ad-hoc projects and reporting whenever assigned by the Finance Manager
