In 1994, OCE expanded its expertise to produce Optical fiber cables and acquired connectivity technology from NTT ( Japan ) under transfer of technology to produce a full range of optical integration products. Since then OCE has specialize in Metro Optical Cables and Integration. OCE was also involved in the designing of roadmap for Metro Ethernet, IP network architecture and engineering design in which it was used as submission to Multimedia and Communication Commission of Malaysia for the application of the NSP, NFP and ASP individual licenses.

Casa Vino Sdn Bhd is an importer, distributor & retailer of premium boutique wines & other alcoholic beverages. Our office is located in Sri Damansara and our retail outlet (Casa Vino Cellar) is located in The Curve, Mutiara Damansara. In line with our current expansion plan, we are looking for suitable candidates who are dynamic and self-motivated to fill the following positions:

Accounts Executive Post Date: 07 Sep 09

Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, tax compliance matters and administration duties
• Responsible for overall/yearly accounting matters & preparation of monthly financial statements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and company secretary
• Prepare daily/monthly general administration duties (e.g. payroll, cheques, payment voucher & etc)
• Monitor credit control of outstanding debts from customers / to suppliers
• To ensure all documents are filled accordingly, update & maintaining of financial records into the accounting system
• To prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Ensure the accuracy of AR/AP, fixed assets, general ledger, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, bank accounts & costing

Requirements:

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting / equivalent
• Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Pleasant personality and able to work independently
• Computer literate and able to handle full set of account
• Ability to work in E.M.A.S. system is a plus
• Able to start immediately
